Cancellation Policy
We encourage guests to review our cancellation policy prior to booking to ensure it aligns with their plans. Please note that the Extenuating Circumstances Policy does not apply to cancellations due to illness or COVID-19-related travel disruptions.
- Within 48 hours of booking
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund (100%). - Up to 14 days before arrival
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the reservation date will receive a 50% refund of nightly charges.
Service fees are non-refundable. - Within 7 days of arrival
Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
